Checking Your Domain Email Remotely Using a Web Browser
If you have an email account hosted through CERAiT, you may access your email from anywhere in the world at anytime. Simply use any internet browser and go to:
http://webmail.yourdomain.com

1. Browse to http://webmail.yourdomain.com (where yourdomain.com is your registered domain hosted through CERAiT)
2. Below the "Login" button, click the "Enter SECURE mode" link
3. Enter your Email address and Password
4. Click the "Login" button
Accessing Your Domain E-mail Using Outlook Express
POP e-mail programs such as Outlook Express, Outlook, Netscape Messenger, or Eudora requires the following information to access your domain E-mail:
| E-mail Address: yourname@yourdomain.com Incoming Mail Server (POP): pop.yourdomain.com (port 110) Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.yourdomain.com OR your ISP's smtp address (port 25 or 587) POP Account Name: e-mail@yourdomain.com Password: Your WebMail Password |

Should you encounter problems with sending email out using smtp.yourdomain.com, you may be required to use your ISP's smtp server. Please refer to the following information: Using your ISP's smtp server to send email.Accessing Your Domain E-mail With Mac Mail v1.3
| To configure Mac Mail v1.3, please follow these instructions (where yourdomain.com is your registered domain hosted by us: 1. Open Mail . 2. Click Mail > Preferences. 3. Click the plus button (" + "). 4. Enter your full name. - Enter your e-mail address ( yourname@yourdomain.com < mailto:yourname@yourdomain.com >). - Enter your incoming server address (pop.yourdomain.com). - Account Type is POP3. - Enter your user name ( yourname@yourdomain.com < mailto:yourname@yourdomain.com >). - Enter your password (the same password that you use for Webmail). - Enter your outgoing mail server address (smtp.yourdomain.com or your ISP's SMTP server address ). - Click OK . 5. At the prompt to import mailboxes from another email program, click No 6. At the prompt to view Mail's new features, click No 7. At the prompt for your password to access your mail, click Cancel 8. You may now test your account by sending a test e-mail to yourself. |
Accessing Your Domain E-mail With BlackBerry
To add an e-mail account to your Blackberry, follow these steps: From your Blackberry device: 1. Click on E-mail Settings. E-mail Address: yourname@yourdomain.com 6. Click Submit or Next. Since you are adding a POP3 e-mail account, you will need to enter the following: E-mail Server: pop.yourdomain.com 7. Click Submit. Note: Your Blackberry device will download new messages from your domain mail account, however, outgoing mail will be sent from your Blackberry service provider. Because of this, no outgoing mail setup is required. |
